It's fair to say that most real estate agents don't have any formal degree. That's also where we are different. We are able to draw on our analytical skillset, our broad knowledge, expert negotiation skills, our 40+ years combined of high-level contract discussions and superior adaptability and mutual concession bargaining, our problem solving techniques, and so much more. 

Our commission is our commission. We are dedicated and work extremely hard. As for everything else, we don't add sugar; we only charge you what we get charged (and we can back that up by showing you what the charges are - for photos, for marketing, flyers etc). We don't charge you an Admin fee and we don't charge you to write the contract. It is simple. What we don't charge you is important in your overall savings. 

We create and work with you on your budgets, nothing over inflated, no added fat. Step by step, we do this together. Communication is key. There is nothing we haven’t heard when it comes to real estate, hardships, budgets, conditions of properties, aspirations, and dreams, and we therefore encourage you to talk with us today about your own needs and requirements. We are a boutique agency, and we are only prepared to take on a certain number of properties to ensure each seller gets our complete, and undivided attention. Also, by design, we are only going to accept taking on those who are a good fit for both parties. So, we have worked out a vetting system to strategically be able to let you know (and us know) if we are the best fit for each other. If not, we may be able to recommend other agents.
